L'Arrêté du 8 juillet 2010 du Gouvernement de la région de Bruxelles-Capitale fixant le contenu type de la reconnaissance de l'état du sol et de l'étude détaillée et leurs modalités générales d'exécution (MB. 20/07/2010) prévoit dans son chapitre 10 que pour une activité à risque, les contaminants à analyser dans les échantillons de sol et d'eau prélevés sont tous les contaminants susceptibles d'être ou d'avoir été utilisés dans le processus de production et des contaminants issus de ceux-ci après transformation. |

The Ordinance on the Conservation of Nature requires the development of a “Nature Plan”, which provides objective guidance for nature policy on the state of the environment in the Brussels Capital Region (BCR). This requires knowledge on the distribution, typology and quality of urban green spaces and their changes through time.
This report presents the results of the project “Actualisatie van de kartering en analyse van de evolutie van de onbebouwde (groene) gebieden in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest (ActuaEvol/09)”. The goal of this project was to investigate the potential of high and medium resolution multispectral remote sensing for mapping urban green, for analysing the spatial pattern of urban green (fragmentation/isolation of vegetation patches), and for monitoring changes in green coverage through time. |

Encore largement répandues dans les caves, les jardins et les cours, les citernes
à mazout pour le chauffage, même inutilisées, présentent un risque important de
pollution des sols. Et en cas de pollution avérée, les frais auxquels le propriétaire
ou l’exploitant doit faire face peuvent être très importants. Un fonds sectoriel de
159 millions d’euros va permettre de considérablement simplifier la procédure et
alléger la facture. |
